ENCZ

A path, not a pitch.

Audit, fix, grow, report. You can stop after any step and keep what you've bought. This is what happens in each, how long it takes and what we need from you.

Buy the next step, not a year.

Most SEO goes wrong at the start: a long contract before anyone knows what's wrong. We stage the work so each step produces something you can use, and each decision to continue is yours.

Three trays labelled Audit, Fix and Grow with index cards inside, laid out on cream paper.

Audit, fix, grow. In that order.

  1. 01

    Audit

    What we do
crawl the site, check what Google indexes, review how pages meet search demand, rank the findings.
    What you get
a ranked fix list you can take anywhere.
    How long
1 week (Mini), 2–3 weeks (Full).
    What we need from you
read-only access to Search Console and analytics, and a short brief on your business.
  2. 02

    Fix

    What we do
implement technical and on-page fixes, or write developer-ready tickets, then re-crawl.
    What you get
a change log and proof each issue is closed.
    How long
2 weeks for a sprint, 4–6 weeks for a migration.
    What we need from you
approval of changes, and access or a developer to apply them.
  3. 03

    Grow

    What we do
content briefs, local listings, e-commerce rules, outreach, AI visibility work, chosen from what the audit showed.
    What you get
monthly work against the KPIs we agreed.
    How long
    monthly, 3-month minimum.
    What we need from you
a decision on scope and a person to publish content.
  4. 04

    Report

    What we do
a monthly report in plain language, with a call if you want one.
    What you get
what changed, what it means, what's next.
    How long
    every month.
    What we need from you
read it, and tell us if something doesn't match your view of the business.

What we'll ask of you

Access we ask for

  • read-only access to Google Search Console
  • read-only access to your analytics
  • for fixes: access to your CMS or e-shop, or a developer
  • for local work: manager access to your Google Business Profile (never ownership)

Decisions we ask for

  • who approves changes
  • what the business wants from search (calls, orders, bookings)
  • which products or services matter most
  • how often you want to hear from us

A report you can read

Before work starts we agree the KPIs in writing: what we'll track, how it's measured and how often we report. Typical ones are indexed pages, organic visits to the pages that matter, calls or orders from search, and for shops, revenue pages. We don't agree to "rankings by a date".

  • Your data and deliverables stay yours.

The first step is one audit.
