Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is seostarterkit s.r.o., Tyršova 681/43, 793 95 Město Albrechtice, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 21876541, VAT ID CZ21876541, registered in the commercial register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava, section C, file 91827 (“we”, “us”). 2. What we collect, why and for how long

• Enquiries. When you use the contact form or write to us, we process your name, e-mail address, website address, the service you ask about, your budget range and your message. We use them to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, and steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR). We keep them for up to 24 months after our last communication.
• Orders. When you place an order, we process your name, e-mail, phone number (optional), company name, company ID and VAT ID (optional), billing address, the website address and start preferences you give us, your notes, and the content of the order. We use them to perform the contract, issue invoices and communicate with you. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and compliance with legal obligations, such as accounting and tax law (Art. 6(1)(c)). Accounting and tax documents are kept for 10 years, as required by Czech law; other order data for the duration of the contract and 3 years after, to handle claims.
• Access to your accounts. To perform a service we may ask for read-only access to tools such as Google Search Console or your analytics, or manager access to a business listing. We use the access only for the agreed work, and we ask you to remove it when the work ends. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited and how people find the site. It collects pseudonymous identifiers, pages viewed, device and approximate location data. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll.). You can withdraw consent at any time in Cookie settings. Event data is retained in Google Analytics for no more than 14 months.
• Server logs. Our web host records technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser) to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in security. Kept for up to 90 days.
• Cart and preferences. Your cart, language and cookie choice are stored in your browser. They stay on your device and aren’t sent to us until you place an order.

4. Payments

The checkout on this site currently runs in test mode. No payment is taken, and card details you type into it are never stored, logged or sent to us.

5. Who receives your data

• Our web hosting and e-mail providers, who process data on our instructions.
• Our accountant and tax advisers, for bookkeeping and tax obligations.
• Google Ireland Limited, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Public authorities, where the law requires it. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

If you accept analytics, Google may transfer data to the United States and other countries. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing. To use a right, write to support@seostarterkit.com. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.

8. Automated decisions

We don’t make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, limit access to personal data to people who need it and ask for read-only access wherever possible.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we publish the new version here with a new date.
