Terms of Service
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms govern every order of services placed on seostarterkit.com with seostarterkit s.r.o., Tyršova 681/43, 793 95 Město Albrechtice, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 21876541, VAT ID CZ21876541, registered in the commercial register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava, section C, file 91827 (“we”). “You” means the person or business ordering. A “consumer” is an individual who orders for purposes outside their business or profession. Contact: support@seostarterkit.com, +420 731 082 987, Monday to Friday 8:00–18:00.
2. Our services
We provide search engine optimisation services, delivered remotely: audits, technical SEO, on-page and content SEO, local SEO, link building and digital PR, e-commerce SEO, AI search visibility work, monthly plans and consultation hours. The scope, turnaround and price of each package are shown on its service page and in the pricing table. They form part of your order.
3. Placing an order and forming the contract
You place an order by completing the checkout. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by e-mail. We may decline an order, for example if it’s outside our scope or the details are incomplete, and if we do we’ll refund any payment made. You are responsible for entering correct details. We keep the order confirmation and make it available to you on request.
4. Prices and VAT
Prices are shown without VAT. The site shows euro prices in English and koruna prices in Czech; each is a fixed price in that currency. VAT is added at checkout according to your billing details: 21% for customers in Czechia and for consumers in other EU countries; 0% under reverse charge for businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID; and no Czech VAT where the supply is outside its scope. We issue an invoice for every order.
5. Payment
Payment is made through the method offered at checkout. For one-off services, payment is due at the time of the order. For monthly services, the first month is paid at the order and each following month at the start of the billing month. Where we send an invoice for payment by bank transfer, it is due within 14 days.
6. Delivery and kick-off
Services are delivered remotely. After your order we contact you to arrange the kick-off. Turnaround times shown on the site start when we have the access and information we need from you. We aim to meet them, and we tell you early if something delays the work.
7. What we need from you
You agree to give us accurate information, the access we reasonably request (usually read-only), and timely decisions. You confirm that you are entitled to give us that access. If the work depends on changes to your site, platform or accounts that only you or your providers can make, those changes are your responsibility.
8. Monthly services and plans
Monthly services and plans have a minimum term of 3 months from the order date. After that they continue until you end them with 30 days’ written notice (an e-mail to support@seostarterkit.com is enough), effective at the end of a billing month. A started billing month is not refunded. Before work starts we agree the KPIs we will report on and the monthly report format.
9. No guarantee of results
Search engines and AI tools decide rankings and answers, not us. We don’t guarantee any ranking, traffic, citation or revenue outcome. We commit to carrying out the agreed work with professional care, to the KPIs and reporting we agreed, and to replying to you within 1 business day.
10. Rules we follow
We don’t use private blog networks, article farms or purchased links presented as editorial. Where a placement is paid, we mark it as sponsored. We follow the published guidelines of the search engines and platforms we work on, and we may refuse work that would break them.
11. Intellectual property
When you’ve paid in full, you receive the right to use the reports, briefs, listings, tickets and other deliverables for your own business without time limit. We keep ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates and tools. You keep ownership of your own content and data.
12. Confidentiality and personal data
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to perform the services. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Third parties
Some work depends on platforms and providers we don’t control: search engines, directories, publications, hosting, e-shop platforms and your developers. We aren’t responsible for their decisions or changes, but we tell you promptly when they affect your work.
14. Liability
We’re liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life or health, without limit. In other cases, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for lost profits or for changes in rankings caused by search engines. This does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
15. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
These are set out in our Refund & cancellation policy, which is part of these terms.
16. Complaints
If you’re unhappy with a service, write to support@seostarterkit.com with your order reference and a description of the problem. We acknowledge it within 1 business day and respond within 30 days. If we agree it’s justified, we’ll correct the work or, where that isn’t possible, adjust the price.
17. Out-of-court dispute resolution for consumers
If we can’t resolve a dispute, a consumer may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2, www.coi.cz, which handles out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
18. Governing law and courts
These terms and any contract under them are governed by Czech law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Civil Code). Disputes are decided by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published when you placed your order applies to that order. For monthly services, we notify you of any change at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you may end the service before then without penalty.
