Refund & cancellation policy

At a glance

• One-off services (audits, sprints, setups): free to cancel before kick-off. After kick-off and before delivery, we refund minus the work already performed. Once delivered, not refundable.
• Monthly services and plans: 3-month minimum, then cancel with 30 days’ notice. A started month is not refunded.
• Consultation hours: free to reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before. Within 24 hours, 50% applies. A no-show is charged in full.
• Consumers: 14-day right to withdraw, with the conditions below.

1. One-off services (audits, technical sprints and migrations, local setup, AI visibility audit)

• Before kick-off: cancel by e-mail to support@seostarterkit.com and we refund the full price.
• After kick-off and before delivery: you can cancel, and we refund the price minus the value of the work already performed. We send you a short statement of what was done, calculated pro rata to the agreed scope.
• After delivery: the service is complete and the price is not refundable. If the work doesn’t match what was agreed, use the complaints procedure in the Terms of Service. Kick-off means the day we start work after you’ve given us the access and information we need.

2. Monthly services and plans

• The minimum term is 3 months from the order date.
• After the minimum term, you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice, sent by e-mail to support@seostarterkit.com. The plan ends at the end of the billing month in which the notice period ends.
• A billing month that has started isn’t refunded. You keep everything delivered.

3. Consultation hours

• You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time. We refund the hours you cancel.
• Within 24 hours of the booked time, a 50% fee applies to the cancelled hours.
• If you don’t attend, the full price of the hour is charged.

4. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you’re a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason (Section 1829 of the Civil Code).

• How to withdraw: send a clear statement to support@seostarterkit.com or by post to seostarterkit s.r.o., Tyršova 681/43, 793 95 Město Albrechtice. You may use the model form, but you don’t have to. Sending it within the 14 days is enough.
• Starting within the withdrawal period: if you ask us to start the work within the 14 days, you confirm this at checkout. If you then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for the work performed up to the withdrawal.
• Services fully performed: under Section 1837(l) of the Civil Code, you lose the right to withdraw once the service has been fully performed with your express request to start and your acknowledgement of that loss, which you give at checkout.

5. How refunds are paid

We refund to the payment method you used, within 14 days of agreeing the refund or receiving your withdrawal. Refunds are in the currency you paid.

6. If we can’t deliver

If we can’t deliver a service for a reason on our side, we refund everything for the undelivered part.

7. No ranking guarantee

Rankings, traffic and AI citations aren’t guaranteed, so a change in them is not itself a reason for a refund. We commit to the agreed work and reporting.
