Pricing
Are the prices on the site final?
Yes, for the packages listed. They exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. If your project doesn't fit a package, we'll say so and quote it separately.
Why are prices in euro on one site and koruna on the other?
Each site is priced in the currency its readers use. The two prices are set separately and rounded, so they aren't an exchange-rate conversion. The price you see is the price you pay.
Why are prices shown without VAT?
Most of our clients are businesses, who compare prices without VAT. In Czechia and for EU consumers, 21% is added at checkout. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID outside Czechia pay no VAT (reverse charge).
Why do you publish prices at all?
Because you shouldn't have to book a call to learn whether you can afford us. We only ask for a custom quote when the work really is custom: several locations, a very large catalogue or an unusual project.
Contracts
Is there a contract, and how long is it?
One-off services (audits, sprints, setups) have no term; you pay, we deliver. Monthly services and plans have a 3-month minimum, then you can stop with 30 days' notice. Our Terms of Service set it all out.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Before kick-off, yes, in full. After kick-off and before delivery, we refund minus the work already done. Delivered work isn't refundable. Monthly plans end with 30 days' notice after the 3-month minimum. Consumers also have a 14-day withdrawal right. The Refund & cancellation page has the details.
Who owns the work you deliver?
You do, once it's paid for. Reports, briefs, listings and fixes belong to you. We keep the right to describe the type of work we do, never your data.
Results
Will I get to page one of Google?
We can't promise that, and nobody honest can. Search engines decide rankings. What we promise is the work, KPIs agreed in writing before we start and a monthly report that shows where you stand.
How long until I see results?
It depends on the site and the work. Fixes to crawling and indexing can show up in weeks; content and authority take months. We tell you what to expect for your case in the audit, and we don't give a date we can't stand behind.
What KPIs do you report on?
The ones we agree before starting, usually indexed pages, organic visits to the pages that matter and enquiries, calls or orders from search. For shops, revenue pages. We report them every month in plain language.
Process
What do you need from me?
Read-only access to Search Console and analytics, a short description of your business and a named person who can approve changes. For fixes, access to your CMS or e-shop, or a developer. We tell you exactly what to set up.
Can my own developer do the fixes?
Yes. Each finding says what to change and how to test it. Many clients take the audit to their developer and come back for the next step only if they want it.
Which platforms do you work with?
WordPress and other CMS sites, plus Shoptet, WooCommerce and Shopify for shops. If your platform is unusual, tell us before buying and we'll say honestly whether we're a good fit.
Do you work in Czech and English?
Yes, both, by the same people. We research keywords in each language instead of translating them, and every page on this site exists in both.
How fast do you reply?
Within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. For purchases, we confirm the order by e-mail and arrange the kick-off.
AI search
Is AI search replacing Google?
Not that we can see. People use both, and AI answers draw on the same open web. It's worth knowing how you appear in them. That's what the AI visibility audit shows.
Can you get my business into AI answers?
We can't guarantee it, and anyone who does is overselling. We can make your facts clearer, fix your structured data and help earn credible mentions, which improves the odds.
Do I need separate SEO for AI?
Mostly no. The foundations are shared: a crawlable site, clear facts, credible sources. The AI work adds a layer on top of them, so we begin with an audit.
